This commission is the weirdest commission ever. Which is why I accepted it, 😆. My gardener wanted some mugs to give to his special clients…with the photos of their yard and their name on the mug. I said “well, ok then.” and wayyyyyyyyy undercharged for the amount of work going into these. It’s the inverse relationship of how much I’m interested and how much I’ve charged. 🤣 steps: 1. make all the mugs, that’s a million steps. 2. Take his photos and turn them into something that *might* look ok on a mug? Another million steps. 3. Print & apply them. 4. Low fire the mugs again to make the images permanent. This photo is step 2- I’m in the middle of creating the images that will be laser toner decals. Wanna see the finished product? 🏺
